Return Policy

Unlimited Access Program:

Under this program you receive unlimited access to leads in your area for a set monthly fee, so there is no reason to return a lead (you wont be charged any different). We also will not refund any monthly fees under this program.

Pay Per Lead Program:

When you accept a lead your account is not charged for the lead for at least 7 days after acceptance. If you choose you can convert your pay per lead plan to an unlimited monthly access plan and retroact your plan to cover all leads that you have accepted within the past 30 days that haven't been charged to your account. We do not give any refunds for any lead fees. We view this plan as a "starter" plan for our system. It gives you the ability to test out our service without committing to the full monthly unlimited access plan. If you are coming close to spending the same as the unlimited access plan, just switch your plan and retroact it to include the leads that you have accepted that havent been charged yet to your account.
